As a general contractor for construction projects, we specialise in delivering a wide variety of building projects. Our experience covers the comprehensive delivery of healthcare facilities and laboratories, as well as production and technology facilities. We also deliver public buildings, such as schools and office buildings, and run residential developments. Our portfolio also includes retail and hotel buildings.
How long have you been working as a general contractor?
We have been working as a construction general contractor for over 18 years. In that time we have completed 500 projects with a total value of PLN 500 million. Our experienced team of 100 specialists is committed to delivering each new project.
Do you handle every stage of a project as a general contractor?
As a general contractor we provide full support at every stage of the construction process. Our role goes beyond standard contracting services – we offer advisory support, drawing on engineering expertise in cost estimating and in adapting designs to certification requirements and ESG regulations. We guarantee a predictable construction process through end-to-end service – from design and general construction and installation works to fit-out and subsequent building services maintenance.
Which companies do you have in your portfolio as a general contractor?
Over 18 years of working as a general contractor for construction projects, we have had the opportunity to work with, among others: ZUS (the Social Insurance Institution), Michelin, the Museum of Warsaw, the Warsaw Greenery Authority, the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), the City of Leszno, Koleje Dolnośląskie, Kampinos National Park and many others. Our projects cover a wide range of facilities – from public buildings, through healthcare facilities, to industrial and commercial buildings.
