Building services maintenance
We are a company with many years of experience servicing HVAC equipment (heating, ventilation and air conditioning). We offer comprehensive service for office, retail and service, and industrial buildings.
Our services include periodic inspections, post-warranty repairs and fault clearance, cleaning and disinfection of equipment, system optimisation, replacement of filters and spare parts, and technical advice.
Classified information security
We have the expertise and facilities needed to carry out work involving access to classified information with the “Restricted” clause.
Grupa KDM has a complete system for processing classified information with the “Restricted” clause, both in paper form in the Classified Registry, and in electronic form on an Accredited Computer Workstation.
The head of the company has appointed the Protection Unit, made up of: the Security Plenipotentiary, the Head of the Classified Registry and the ICT Security Inspector. In addition to the Protection Unit, there has also been designated an ICT System Administrator.
We have qualified employees trained in the protection of classified information. For the duration of their employment at Grupa KDM they hold authorisations for access to classified information with the “Restricted” clause.
We are ready to carry out work requiring access to classified information with the “Restricted” clause. We also hold an up-to-date list of persons authorised to perform such tasks.

Technical security and building automation
Grupa KDM holds MSWiA licence no. L-0206/26 to provide personal and property protection services in the form of technical security.
We design, install and service security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarm systems (SSWiN) and access control, and we also integrate them with PSIM and SMS systems.
We combine technical security with our experience in multi-discipline design, general contracting and servicing, which allows us to deliver comprehensively facilities with heightened security requirements as well.
Holding an MSWiA licence confirms that we meet the requirements placed on contractors responsible for delivering and operating specialist security systems.

The scope included dismantling air-conditioning installations and installing 11 multi-split VRV systems (two-pipe) with a total cooling capacity of 353 kW, and installing 10 precision air-conditioning cabinets with direct expansion of the refrigerant, with a total cooling capacity of 96 kW.

We confirm that the Company carried out, on our commission, works consisting of the reconstruction of Building “A” of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in respect of ventilation and air-conditioning installations.
