Grupa KDM
We are a general contractor with over 18 years of experience in construction, specialising in highly complex projects.
We deliver projects end to end – from preparing documentation and organising the construction site, through general construction and installation works, to final acceptance and handover of the building for use. We work for demanding sectors such as industry, healthcare, the military and advanced technology. We focus on quality, responsibility and a predictable process, giving clients full support at every stage of delivery.

Helping is in our DNA
Social responsibility is an integral part of our identity. For years we have successfully combined business growth with genuine social commitment. We support the “Dom poza Domem” (“Home Away from Home”) project, working with the Ronald McDonald Foundation to build houses for families of chronically ill children in Kraków and Warsaw. We actively take part in the “Szlachetna Paczka” (Noble Gift) initiative and other pro bono activities. We are a team of people who know how to build not only buildings, but also goodwill.
