On 2 October 2026, Grupa KDM Sp. z o.o. signed a contract with PIT-RADWAR S.A. for design and construction works under the first stage of modernisation of the plant in Czernica in Lower Silesia. Grupa KDM acts as the general contractor of the investment. The contract value is nearly PLN 21 million net.
Grupa KDM for Polish industry
Grupa KDM has been selected as general contractor for the first stage of the modernisation of the PIT-RADWAR plant in Czernica. The delivery will include design and construction works leading to adapting the plant's infrastructure to new production and technological needs.
Grupa KDM's involvement in this investment means that a significant part of its value will remain in the national economy. At the same time, the project strengthens the potential of Polish industry, the domestic construction sector and the competences related to delivering facilities with elevated technological requirements.
Design and construction works in most of the production buildings
As general contractor we will carry out design and construction works in most of the plant's production buildings. Their aim is to adapt the infrastructure to the installation of a modern machine park and the equipment necessary to fulfil PIT-RADWAR's current and future orders. Completion of the construction works is planned for the second half of September 2027.

An investment worth nearly PLN 90 million net
The contract with Grupa KDM starts the first stage of the comprehensive modernisation of the plant. The total value of the investment in developing the plant's production and service competences will be nearly PLN 90 million net.
After the construction works are completed, the purchase, installation and commissioning of a modern machine park worth approx. PLN 63.5 million net are planned, to which more than 100 specialist machines will be added. This will be complemented by deliveries of workshop equipment estimated at PLN 4.5 million net. Deliveries of machinery and equipment are planned for Q3 and Q4 2027, and completion of the entire investment for Q4 2027.
Experience in demanding sectors
This is another Grupa KDM investment for a sector in which high technical standards and security count. As a Polish company we work for demanding industries such as manufacturing, defence and medical, and our experience includes, among others: delivery of industrial facilities.
