  • Scope:

    Grupa KDM is starting an exceptional revitalisation project in Warsaw's Praga-Północ district!
    On 6 November we signed a contract with the Capital City of Warsaw for the renovation of the historic tenement house at ul. Stalowa 34. Works will begin immediately – under the supervision of the Warsaw Monument Conservator.
    Our aim is to combine tradition with modernity: preserving the original architectural details while adapting the building to contemporary residential standards.
    The project includes, among other things, the installation of lifts, a central heating system and a number of technical solutions that will ensure comfort and safety for future residents.
