Development
KDM Academy
With the development of our employees in mind, we have created our own training programme – the KDM Academy. It is a series of regular sessions in which GRUPA KDM managers and invited experts share practical knowledge useful in everyday work on construction projects.
The Academy programme includes training in building and installation technologies, law and regulations, as well as the development of soft skills (communication, time management, teamwork). Thanks to the KDM Academy, our employees keep up with trends in construction and with project delivery standards, which improves the quality, safety and effectiveness of the whole team's work.
