Grupa KDM has passed the symbolic threshold of 100 people in the team. It is a moment that confirms that the direction of development chosen a few years ago – based on strengthening our own delivery competences – works and brings concrete results.
From the beginning we have consistently been building an organisation that delivers investments in a direct model – without intermediaries, with our own delivery and technical teams. We do not use outside crews or contracted contract managers. Every person employed at Grupa KDM is part of a long-term process of building a stable, efficient and responsible contracting company.
From the start we have been building a company that combines engineering knowledge with operational efficiency and real influence over the investments we deliver. The hundredth person on the team is not a statistic – it is proof that this model works and that we can keep developing it – says Jakub Kowalczyk, Vice-President of the Management Board of Grupa KDM.
The person who completes the first hundred is Adriana – Assistant Contract Manager in Delivery Team No. 9. She joined the company with experience in site preparation and organising work in the field. From her first days she has been supporting the team on a large investment in Konin – one of our key projects currently delivered under the general contracting formula.
The steady growth of operational teams is a response not only to the growing number of contracts, but also to the way we do business: close to the construction site, with strong emphasis on coordination, timeliness and direct responsibility. Thanks to this model we can maintain high delivery quality and partnership relations with investors – regardless of the scale of the project.
We treat hiring the hundredth person as an important stage, but not a final destination. More challenges, new investments and the development of additional competences lie ahead – including those related to energy consumption optimisation and comprehensive support for investors at the preparatory stage.
