In our view, the education of future technicians should be supported by good practice, which is why since February 2024 Grupa KDM has been cooperating with School Complex No. 21 in Warsaw, where future refrigeration and air-conditioning technicians study, among others.
And we invite them to do internships with us!
➡️Six Year 4 technical school students have already completed the first part of their internship in the KDM installation service department. And once again they will have the opportunity to gain new practical skills in October.
For many years we have been running AkademiaKDM (KDM Academy) – technical training in which our staff share their knowledge, so we approached cooperation with the technical school very seriously too.
The team of our service department carefully made sure that the young men could take on a wide range of tasks. What activities could they try their hand at?
✅First of all, they worked on real equipment – they learned how to choose the right location, install and commission equipment, and how to service it. Together we also analysed the most common design and installation errors.
Thank you to the Year 4 students for the great cooperation!
