We proudly present another completed project!
We carried out a comprehensive modernisation of the office building at the ROCKWOOL Polska factory in Małkinia at ul. Jana Sobieskiego.
The project was delivered comprehensively – from shell condition to a completely new fit-out.
As part of the works we carried out:
- demolition of partition walls and dismantling of old equipment
- construction of new masonry and plasterboard walls
- installation of a new, comprehensive electrical installation and a smart lighting control system
- modernisation of ventilation and air-conditioning systems
- replacement of the water and sewage installation and central heating
- installation of timber wall cladding, slats, suspended ceilings and new door joinery and metalwork, including internal glazed partitions
- modern staff bathrooms
- wallpapering of walls
- implementation of a smart ventilation system controlled by air quality and CO2 sensors
