In January this year we launched a new series of internal training sessions called KDM Academy. In a series of monthly meetings, our managers will share with members of all teams their experience and practical knowledge in the field of HVAC installation work.
The first topic to be tackled was the balancing of hydraulic installations after their completion. Employees had the chance to talk among themselves about the problems that may arise when taking measurements. The managers also explained what regulation is and what balancing is, what basic information is needed to take measurements and how to operate the equipment used for them. “The process of exchanging knowledge within an organisation is an important factor in its growth, which is why similar practical meetings will be held here every month” – commented the Presidents of Grupa KDM, Dominik Działak and Jakub Kowalczyk, on the start of the training series.
The next substantive workshop is already at the end of February!
