As is well known, a committed and well-prepared team is the foundation of the success of every business. But this does not happen by itself, which is why in our company we invest in people and regularly train our management staff.
In 2021, 13 of our employees had the opportunity to take part in the Manager Academy series of meetings. 7 very interesting and developmental workshops were co-financed under the Knowledge Education Development Operational Programme (POWER) of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, designed with small and medium-sized enterprises in mind.
The training strengthened employees' competences in project management. We began with an analysis of our company's development needs, to move smoothly on to modelling process management by objectives and effective delegation, more efficient financial management and even better finding and using information in the organisation. On this basis we also trained in customer relationship management.
It was a very inspiring experience – we will gladly repeat it!
