2023 will be a jubilee year for our company. At the end of April it will be exactly 15 years since the registration of the first company of Grupa KDM.
This would not have been possible without good management and building a brand associated with reliability and quality. Nor would it have been possible without the employees who create this company day by day!
It is for them that the management tries to develop wisely the package of non-pay benefits. Grupa KDM does not lack such basic services as a medical package, group life insurance, a subsidy for the Multisport card or co-financing of glasses for people working at least 4 hours in front of a computer.
The company tries, however, to go beyond the standard. Last year an employee referral programme was introduced. Thanks to it, each employee can receive a bonus – from PLN 3,000 to PLN 5,000 – for referring a person to the team. In 2023, in turn, all employees will be able to get a day off for their birthday – because celebrating is important!
