our works included, among other things, insulation of the external walls, the ceiling over heated spaces and the roof, replacement of window and door joinery, design of a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery and insulation of domestic hot water pipelines, installation of heating-cooling ceilings using capillary mat technology and fan coil units. We also installed new pipelines and heat pumps with a ground-source heat exchange system (a cascade of four heat pumps with a capacity of 59.22 kW, 236.88 kW in total), carried out a photovoltaic installation and replaced the light fittings with energy-efficient LED ones.
